Subject: WOW week of 2/20/2005 at 5th & 6th graders at PCAC's children sunday school
Dear Parents,
Here we go again - this quarter is approaching the end;
Next week is our final week of the Sunday school class.
**We'll have a Snack-a-thon celebration for kids**
Plus... there will be a pop-quiz for all the Bible verses we've taught.
OK, a quick highlight on what talked about on Sunday:
1) Play out a drawing game - YAU/YAS (You Are Unique! You Are Special!)
Each team (boys and girls) sent their rep to draw up a pic with a special topic
(determined by teacher, that'd be me) using three circle, three squares, and three sticks.
Amazingly enough, each kid came up with a different drawing!!!
The design is to bring out the idea of YAU (in the eyes of the LORD, our Creator)!
NOTE: Somehow, the game turned out be quite popular... kids were still lingering around
even after I've moved on to next topic!!

2) Main theme is based on John 3:1-17; (м∙┐л║╓н╡ 3:1-17), where it depicts
the dialogue between Jesus and езнЇй│е└ (Nicode'mus) about the re-born.
Look at the question, "How can a man be born when he is old?".
A quick show was demonstrated by Sam to re-capture the scene when Nicodemus
visiting Jesus that night in a secretly fashion; The important point is the verse 3:16.
Also, I touched up a quick point on the abortion debate in this country;
Here is the bottonline - life is sacred since GOD creates it and men ought to honor.
I suppose they are still too young to grab the concept of being an old man,
pondering the idea of re-born in physical sense.
I've asked the class - how many of them have expressed the willingness to trust-n-believe
Jesus in the past? Some raised their hands. Please talk to your child about it.
3) The Puppet_show
Due to time limit and early lunch, it was postponed to next week, which makes it
appropriate for the last class.

1) WOW page of this week for your daily study with your child, if you do not have your own.
KLUP!
